As far as crits, I'd say that your proportions and structuring on the face are a bit off. Think about how the planes of the face are turning and where the light is coming from, too.
Good effort here man, way to be the second to post. I'm going to try to start mine tonight, get it done by tomorrow night. We'll see what comes out of it...
